ATTENTION - Students graduating in Semester 2, 2009
Intention to Graduate Form
The Intention to Graduate Form is to be completed by ALL students EXCEPT for Doctoral and Masters by Research (Thesis) students.
This form is handed into the Student Services Office in your School. Forms are due by the 15th June or 15th November which will be determined by the semester in which you will complete your studies.
This is NOT your registration to attend a ceremony. If you are a graduating student further correspondence about the upcoming graduations will be sent to you from mid December.
Notification of Graduation
After the release of your results you will be notified by the
Graduations Office of the upcoming ceremonies (via a hard copy letter to your preferred mailing address and also by
OCC to your OASIS account). Please note attendance at a ceremony is NOT guaranteed until completing the Graduation online registration. We recommend that you do not book flights until your online registration has been confirmed. If your online registration is successful you will receive an automated confirmation.
Please ensure your preferred mailing address is current at all times and changes can be made via e-Student.
Award Certificates
Award certificates must be claimed within 12 months of the conferral date of the award otherwise a retrieval fee (currently $100) will apply.
