| 15 June 2012 | Closing date to submit Intention to Graduate forms directly to the Faculty Student Services Office. This is NOT your graduation registration. |
| 4 July 2012 | Exam results posted on OASIS by 5.00pm Wednesday. |
| 4 July 2012 | Closing Date for Open Universities Australia students to submit the Application of Award. |
| 5 July 2012 | An official Graduation Invitation will be sent via OASIS to all graduating students with details on how to either register for a ceremony or receive award by mail or collect in person from the Graduations office. No invitation will be sent to mailing addresses. |
| 27 July 2012 | Final date for course completion to be approved by Schools. If course requirements are NOT met by this date, i.e. sitting supplementary/deferred exams, work experience, field placements/practicum etc students will NOT be eligible to attend ceremonies in September 2012. Final date for Schools to submit honours and distinctions to the Graduations Office. |
| 14 August 2012 | Deadline for students and schools to advise the Graduations Office of any changes to formal name. Deadline for students to update preferred mailing address in e-Student. |
| 17 August 2012 | University Conferral Date for Semester 1, 2012 graduates. |
| 17 August 2012 | Registration and Regalia deadline for students attending ceremonies in Perth in September 2012. Registration must be completed by this deadline to attend a ceremony. If regalia is not organised by this deadline date a late fee will apply and is payable to Phillips and Father. |
| 20 August 2012 | A Registration Confirmation will be sent via OASIS to all graduating students who have registered by the deadline. No confirmation will be sent to mailing addresses. |
| 21 - 26 August 2012 | Extra tickets will be available online through the graduations channel via OASIS (Perth ceremonies only). Extra tickets are $35 each. The online channel will open 9.00am on Tuesday 21 August 2012 and close 12.00am (midnight) on Sunday 26 August 2012. All graduates are guaranteed 2 guest tickets. PhD's will receive 4 guest tickets. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable. |
| 17 - 21 Sept 2012 | Ticket and Regalia Collection times (Perth ceremonies only). All tickets and regalia are collected from BLD 200, Bentley Campus, Kent Street Bentley. Collection dates and times according to ceremony will be advised in the confirmation OCC sent on the 20 August 2012 to students via OASIS. |
| 31 October 2012 | Awards will be ready for collection (during office hours) for those who have registered online to collect their award. Awards will be required to be collected within 6 weeks of this date otherwise a retrieval fee will apply. Graduates attending a ceremony will receive their full Academic Transcript and Graduation Statement with their award at the ceremony. Graduates who have registered to have their award mailed will also receive these Graduation Documents. |
