Graduating Students

From late-August 2008, students who have successfully completed their degree will be sent a Notification of Graduation through OASIS and by mail. Once you have received this communication, you will be able to access the online registration form via OASIS. You can then choose to attend a ceremony (and order your regalia) or receive your award by mail.

Change of Name/Address - for all graduating students the deadline to make these changes is the 12th September 2008. Formal documentation is required by the Graduations Office for Change of Name. Change of Address can be made on line through e-Student. For queries regarding any changes, please contact the Graduations Office on +61 8 9266 7115.

Award certificates must be claimed within 12 months of the conferral date of the award otherwise a retrieval fee (currently $100) will apply.
