Graduating Students
For all students finishing at the end of Semester 1, 2009 please ensure you fill out the Intention to Graduate Form and hand into your school no later than the 15th June 2009.
From mid-July, all eligible students will be sent a Notification of Graduation (inviting you to attend a ceremony or receive your award by mail).
This will be sent to your preferred mailing address AND your OASIS account. To ensure you receive this important information, update your details (name and preferred mailing address) on e-Student.
Students will continue to have access to their OASIS account, 12 months after completing their course. If you have NOT received this information by 7th August, please contact the Graduations Office.
Award certificates must be claimed within 12 months of the conferral date of the award otherwise a retrieval fee (currently $100) will apply.
